What You’ll Be Owning : End-to-end delivery of a full CIAM migration programmeConsolidation of two legacy IAM stacks into one strategic platformMigration of authentication journeys, MFA, policies, and credentialsPlanning and executing phased cutovers with minimal customer impactManaging SI delivery, internal engineering, security, and compliance teamsClear, no-fluff reporting to senior stakeholders What You’ll Need : Proven experience delivering CIAM / IAM migration programmesDeep familiarity with Ping Identity and/or ForgeRock environmentsStrong understanding of:OAuth2, OIDC, SAMLMFA and adaptive authenticationIdentity & credential migration strategiesExperience within UK regulated financial servicesConfidence managing SI-led delivery models Bonus Points For : CIAM deployment
