This is a delivery-focused role requiring strong technical fluency and tight stakeholder control. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end Active Directory tenant/domain merger programmeOwn project planning, milestones, dependencies, and risk managementCoordinate infrastructure, security, and cloud teams across multiple workstreamsEnsure minimal disruption to users during migration and cutoverGovern identity, access, and security controls during and post-mergerReport progress, risks, and decisions clearly to senior stakeholders Required Experience Proven experience delivering Active Directory mergers or large-scale identity migrationsStrong hands-on knowledge of Azure, Azure AD (Entra ID), and hybrid identitySolid background in infrastructure and enterprise IT environmentsConfident managing complex technical stakeholders and vendorsStrong documentation and delivery discipline Nice to Have Experience in M&A or multi-organisation IT consolidationExposure to security, compliance, or regulated environments RSG Plc is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
