  • As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead strategic, cross-functional programs that drive engineering excellence and innovation across global teams. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering key initiatives that span multiple departments and product stages. This role requires a strong technical foundation, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to navigate complex projects in a fully remote, fast-paced environment. Working closely with engineering leaders, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives, ensuring smooth execution, and fostering a culture of collaboration and efficiency across the organization.
  • Accountabilities
  • Lead and manage 1–3 high-impact technical programs across multiple engineering teams and product areas simultaneously.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, set milestones, and ensure on-time delivery of key initiatives.
  • Oversee end-to-end program execution, from scoping to delivery and retrospectives, maintaining transparency and alignment throughout.
  • Facilitate asynchronous collaboration using tools like issues, epics, and documentation to coordinate global teams effectively.
  • Identify potential blockers and proactively resolve them, escalating where needed to maintain project momentum.
  • Track progress through metrics, dashboards, and reports to keep all stakeholders informed of program status and outcomes.
  • Contribute to PMO best practices, refining processes and improving operational efficiency within the R&D organization.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and iteration across distributed teams.
  • 2–4 years of experience in technical program management, project management, software engineering, or related technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent written communication skills suited for a remote and documentation-first environment.
  • Proven ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and drive progress in complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Previous experience working in a fully remote, distributed organization.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, or multi-environment development processes is a strong plus.
  • Comfort working across time zones and collaborating with international engineering teams.
