  • In this role, you will lead the development of core platform services that empower product teams to scale efficiently across multiple product lines. Working at the intersection of engineering and product strategy, you will translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, design modular infrastructure components, and ensure seamless integration across APIs, SDKs, widgets, and other platform elements. You will champion platform reliability, security, and performance while driving adoption internally, contributing to a global, fast-moving environment focused on innovation, scalability, and developer experience.
  • Accountabilities
  • Lead the development of platform services that enable reusability and scalability across multiple product lines.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to design modular infrastructure components, including API gateways and authentication layers.
  • Own chain and account abstraction layers to simplify multi-chain operations and accelerate internal integration of new networks.
  • Partner with other Product Managers to ensure platform components support product growth, interoperability, and performance.
  • Define, monitor, and report on platform metrics focused on developer experience, adoption, and system performance.
  • Translate technical concepts into actionable product requirements bridging engineering and business objectives.
  • Conduct research on emerging infrastructure trends and integrate insights into the platform roadmap.
  • Ensure platform reliability, observability, and security while fostering internal adoption and consistent developer experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, ideally in platform or infrastructure teams.
  • Proven track record managing or building core platform services, SDKs, or developer tools at scale.
  • Strong technical background with understanding of API gateways, authentication systems, distributed architectures, and event-driven systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers on architectural decisions; software engineering or DevOps experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in platformization or internal developer platform initiatives.
  • Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure, staking, and smart contract platforms (Ethereum experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of account and chain abstraction across blockchain ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication skills with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent in English.
