A leading professional services firm is looking to hire a Technical Operations Manager to join their Consulting team. This is a newly created and highly impactful role, supporting the Technical Partner across a broad portfolio of technical and operational initiatives. This position is hands-on and ideal for an individual who is proactive, highly organised, and looking for a role with significant exposure across technical, business, and leadership teams. Job Requirements: Background in professional services (accounting, audit, consulting, or legal).Prior experience managing internal projects within a professional services environment is highly desirable.Experience in a technical or QA role is advantageous, including understanding of legal frameworks and UK regulatory requirements.Ability to draft, review and coordinate technical documentation, reports and presentations to a high standard.Strong project management skills with the ability to track progress, identify risks, and drive completion of actions.Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesise information from multiple stakeholders.High attention to detail and strong organisational ability.Collaborative and diplomatic approach, able to build relationships across technical and business teams.IT proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) with a willingness to embrace new digital tools.
