About the Role We're looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join our busy poultry manufacturing site in Willand, reporting directly into the Head of Technical. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for managing the Quality function across a large a operation. You'll lead and develop the Quality team, with direct reports including a Quality Manager and Quality Systems Manager, and overall oversight of all QA staff on site. The role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently make technical decisions in a high-volume environment.
