Our client is a specialist software provider, looking for a Spanish speaking Customer Support Executive to act as the first point of contact for customers. This role suits someone customer-focused with strong communication skills and an interest in working within a tech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTriage inbound support tickets and route to the correct technical teamsAnswer inbound customer calls and direct enquiries appropriatelyProvide clear, professional customer communicationLog and document customer interactions accuratelySupport customers with general software-related queriesSkills & ExperienceEssential:Fluent in English and SpanishCustomer service or support/helpdesk experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong telephone mannerTeam-oriented, reliable, and customer-focusedDesirable:CRM or telephony system experienceSQL, reporting tools, or XML knowledgeSecond language (German, Spanish, or French)Familiarity with HubSpot and Aircall is a plus Benefitsc. £32,000+ salary (depending on experience)Hybrid working (2 days office / 3 days home)24 days holiday + bank holidaysPension, healthcare & gym discountFree parking, laptop providedBonus, social events & additional perksWorking Hours37.5 hours per week8:00am–4:30pm (1-hour lunch)First 3 months: 3 days per week in the office for onboarding
