Job Title: Technical Customer Service Administrator (Temp – 3 Months ongoing)Location: Chesterfield (Fully On-Site) - Monday to FridaySalary: £25 - 26k per annumStarting ASAP About the Role:Elevation Recruitment are working exclusively with a great business in Chesterfield. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for an individual to join on a temporary basis within the service team. They are looking for a proactive and organized Technical Customer Service Administrator .You’ll be the hub of communication between our customers and engineers, ensuring smooth scheduling, follow-ups, and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate engineer visits for installation, commissioning, and fault finding. Respond promptly to customer service enquiries and service requests. Follow up on quotes, upcoming services and customer requests Engage with existing customers to promote available services and explore additional support opportunities. Maintain and update service schedules and the customer install base. Support the team in a reactive environment while helping shift towards a more proactive approach. Outbound calls to customers where required What We’re Looking For: Strong organizational and communication skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to follow up and chase tasks. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment. Customer-focused with an aptitude for service support. Experience in sales is not required; training will be provided.
