Role: FX Options Technical Business Analyst Location: London, UK On-site working Start Date: January 2026 Description We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our FX Options Technology team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in front-office FX Options systems, with a focus on pricing engine development, trader contribution tools, and electronic and voice trading workflows. The role involves close collaboration with trading, quantitative, and technology teams to deliver robust, scalable, and regulatory-compliant solutions for a tier-one sell-side institution. Key Responsibilities Partner with FX Options traders, quants, and developers to define and deliver system enhancements across pricing, risk, and trade execution platforms.Lead business analysis for the construction and enhancement of pricing engines, including volatility surfaces, pricing models, and calibration frameworks.Design and document requirements for trader contribution and distribution tools to support both electronic and voice trading workflows.Collaborate with quant and dev teams on pricing distribution architecture across downstream systems (market-making, auto-hedging, RFQ, eTrading).Manage regulatory and control-driven projects, ensuring compliance with MiFID II, EMIR, and internal risk frameworks.Support system integration and implementation efforts across front, middle, and back-office functions.Coordinate UAT and assist in production rollout, ensuring alignment with business priorities and operational readiness.Drive continuous improvement in system performance, data quality, and workflow automation.
