This is a hybrid role based out of our client's office in Pontefract with some working from home.The roleThe Technical Business Analyst will design, document and deliver digital solutions that streamline processes and enable teams to work effectively.The Technical Business Analyst role is hands-on, combining business analysis, process design, and structured delivery, with a focus on low code and no code automation, operational reporting/MI (e.g. PowerBI), and system improvements across the business.Skills & ExperienceThe ideal candidate for the Technical Business Analyst role will have-A degree, ideally in Business or Information Technology and/ or at least 1-2 years' experience in a Technical Business Analyst roleExperience delivering operational improvements in a service-led environmentHands-on familiarity with tools such as Zapier, n8n, Make, Activepieces, or equivalentsPractical understanding of system integration patterns and API-enabled workflowsExperience working in a low code and no code automation environmentExperience working with third-party developers and technical partnersExperience supporting change management and user adoptionComfortable working with data models and KPI definitions for operational reportingComfortable using SQL for validation and investigationStrong analytical problem solving with a practical bias to deliveryEstate agency experience (nice to have)More than anything, our client is looking for someone bright, good with people but also good with processes and technology.
