Technical Assistant Location: Rochford Duration: 6 Months initial contract Hours: Full-time Days: Monday - Friday (Hybrid working)Pay rate: £23.00 per hour We are delighted to be supporting our client in recruiting for a Technical Assistant on a temporary basis Purpose of the role:As a Technical Assistant, you will be supporting the management team with the technical planning and coordination of key services. You will be responsible for making sure resources are used efficiently, and that residents and commercial customers receive an excellent standard of service. From improving service schedules and analysing performance data, to handling customer accounts and ensuring compliance with financial processes, this is a varied and rewarding role where your problem-solving and communication skills will shine. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring and enhancing the efficiency of grounds maintenance, waste and street cleaning services. Undertaking research on best practice and innovation and presenting to the management team in an accessible format. Analysing services data to identify opportunities for improvement.Responding to service-related enquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.Supporting with researching & developing technical specifications to assist in the procurement of services and goods.Liaising with contractors, internal departments, and external stakeholders.Key Person Specification: Good English and Math skills.
