🚀 Join Our Medical Education Team as a Tech VA! We’re a growing medical education company looking for a Tech-Savvy Virtual Assistant to help us build smarter systems and streamline workflows. If you love problem-solving, automating processes, and making tools “talk” to each other, this role is for you. You’ll be working on: Creating and managing automations with Make.com, ManyChat, and Slack Building smart Google Sheet formulas to simplify data tracking Improving workflows and integrations within CRM tools Helping us run smoother, more efficient operations ✨ What We’re Looking For Proactive & Self-Driven – you take ownership and get things done without being chased. Strong Communicator – clear, reliable, and deadline-oriented. Experienced in Automations – you’ve successfully worked with CRM tools and automation systems before.
