I’m looking for a reliable, quick-thinking tech assistant who’s brilliant with all things digital setup. This is a casual, ongoing role — hours will vary week to week, month to month — but when something needs doing, I need someone who can jump in quickly, get it done fast, and communicate clearly. 🔧 What You’ll Work On - Building and editing WordPress pages (landing pages, lead magnets, simple funnels, blog updates, etc.) - Connecting and testing email systems (Beehiiv, Flodesk, ConvertKit, etc.) — generating opt-in codes, embedding forms, and creating email templates - Setting up integrations (Shopify, Gleam, forms, analytics, automations, etc.) - Helping with tech troubleshooting and general digital tasks as needed 💡 What I’m Looking For - Mastery of WordPress — confident building pages fast using Generate Press - Comfortable inside email and automation tools (Beehiiv, Flodesk, Zapier, etc.) - A problem-solver who can troubleshoot without constant direction - Excellent communicator — responsive on Slack/Upwork messages - Able to work occasionally on weekends or evenings if something urgent comes up (e.g. pre-launch tasks) - Bonus: experience with Shopify, Amazon listings, or light graphic/design skills 🕒 Availability This is ad-hoc project work — some weeks you might have 1–2 hours, other times 10+, and occasionally there may be quiet stretches of a few weeks or even months with no tasks at all.
