As a Team Supervisor based in our Milton Keynes branch you’ll be responsible for: Assist the branch manager / deputy branch manager in maximising and sustaining branch performance and growth. Maintain best in class customer service in the branch, create sales plans for specific business areas, sectors and products. Build and maintain productive relationships with key customers and suppliers. Ensure branch administration is adhered too, inputting data correctly and using Microsoft 365 to create and update documents. This is a full time, permanent role, Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pm with the occasional Saturday shift from 8am - 12pm (paid as overtime or time in lieu). And here’s what we’d like you to have: Excellent communication skills, eager to demonstrate initiative and take the lead. well organised and willing to support in all areas within the branch. Strong administrative skills, familiar with Microsoft 365. Industry experience desirable but not essential, driving license desirable but not essential. We look forward to receiving your application!
