Bakers + Baristas have proudly been serving our loyal customers and continue to grow from strength to strength. We freshly bake our muffins every day in our stores across the UK and Ireland. We have a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly team in one of our stores.

About the role…

As a Team Member, you will be working collaboratively to ensure the smooth running of the store. You will be baking our famous muffins fresh every day along with serving customers and making drinks. You will have excellent communication skills and provide our customers with memorable experiences that leaves them hungry for more.

What you will be doing…

• Delivering a memorable customer experience
• Handcraft hot and cold beverages to brand standards
• Follow Bakers + Baristas operational policies and procedures
• Deliver the highest standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness
• Create a customer focused environment and have a unique skill for anticipating what our customers’ need
• Working collaboratively and as part of a team

About you…

• You will have a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• You will be enthusiastic, friendly, and welcoming

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
