Team Manager & Shopify Specialist (Long-Term Role) We are a fast-growing e-commerce company seeking a proactive team manager with strong Shopify expertise. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership, lead a small remote team, and ensure operations run smoothly across product management, content, and supply chain processes. What You’ll Do Product Management on Shopify: Upload and organize products, write compelling descriptions, set up variants, pricing, tags, and collections. Image Editing & AI Tools: Edit product photos in Photoshop (or similar tools) and use AI image-generation tools to enhance visuals and brand consistency. Quality Control: Review product pages regularly, improve listings where needed, and maintain a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Team Leadership: Assign tasks to remote staff, monitor progress, and follow up on deadlines. Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth product and supply chain management — maintaining high product quality standards and flagging potential issues early. Problem Solving: Spot delays or operational bottlenecks and communicate clearly to keep everything moving forward. Process Ownership: Over time, take full responsibility for product/content management and operational workflows. Who We’re Looking For Strong Shopify experience (product uploads, store management, collections setup). Skilled in product photo editing (Photoshop or similar tools). Familiar with AI tools for image creation and optimization. Experience with supply chain operations and maintaining high product standards. Proven ability to manage and lead a remote team. Excellent communication skills in English. Proactive, detail-oriented, and someone who doesn’t wait for instructions but takes initiative. Looking for a long-term position with growth potential.
