We have partnered with one of Oxfordshire's leading Support Charities we are looking for Senior Staff to join the team in Witney working with people with Learning Disabilities in Supported Living Settings, the salary starts at £25,500 depending on qualifications and experience.You must have previous experience working in support or care preferably with a NVQ in Health & Social Care and if you have previously led shifts that would be fantastic You will be working in a supported living setting working with a team of support workers to enrich the lives of thee people supported, you will be organising and overseeing the team, supporting the manager and on call team. You will be doing anything from planning trips out to organising rotas and completing staff assessments. Driving is essential for the role.The Leadership Development Programme is an intensive six-month programme, where you will acquire the skills to become a leader and manager, and you’ll learn how to adapt to new situations. You’ll learn about yourself: what your strengths are, and what you need to work on.
