Lead and inspire staff through coaching, mentoring, and regular meetings

Manage rotas, leave, and training schedules

Ensure compliance through monthly audits

Maintain safe, high-quality environments

Support individuals to live meaningful and fulfilling lives

Build strong links with families and professionals

What we’re looking for:

Female applicant with leadership experience in care

Strong organisational and mentoring skills

Full UK driving licence

Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care
