Job Title: Team Leader – Children’s Residential HomeLocation: Liverpool, L11Salary: £14.83 per hour + £60 per sleep (10 sleeps per month)Hours: 2 on / 4 off shiftsAbout the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our children’s residential home in Liverpool. You will lead a committed team of support workers, ensuring the highest standard of care for the children in our home.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of residential support staff.Deliver safe, consistent, and high-quality care for children in the home.Support the development, well-being, and progress of children.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.Take responsibility for rostering, daily operations, and staff development.Requirements:Previous experience in residential childcare.Leadership experience or qualifications in care management preferred.NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is desirable.Ability to work 2 on / 4 off shifts, including sleep-ins.Strong communication, organisational, and team leadership skills.Benefits:Competitive hourly rate of £14.83.Sleep-in payments: £60 per sleep (10 sleeps per month).Supportive team environment.Opportunity for professional growth within the company.How to Apply:If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and have the leadership skills to drive a team forward, we would love to hear from you.
