You’ll be the go-to expert for claims processes, guiding and supporting your colleagues while ensuring client expectations are consistently met. How you'll make an impact Lead and supervise your team to ensure Service Level Agreements are achieved.Approve claims settlements within your financial authority.Ensure staff are fully trained on Service Instructions and Policy Wordings.Build strong client relationships, attending review meetings when required.Deliver training and support team development in line with Gallagher Bassett’s Learning & Development Prospectus.<
