This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to step into a key leadership role, supporting vulnerable families, guiding staff teams, and ensuring high-quality, safe, and well-structured service delivery.About the RoleAs Team Leader, you will support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring families receive consistent and meaningful support throughout their assessment. You will provide hands-on leadership to staff, maintain high standards of care, oversee reporting and documentation, and play a crucial role in safeguarding and operational excellence.This position would suit someone organised, confident, and experienced in family support, residential care, or similar settings.Key ResponsibilitiesFamily & Resident SupportLead shifts and ensure daily routines, sessions, wellbeing walks and resident engagement activities are completedPromote resident wellbeing, including feeding charts, bath charts, emotional check-ins and ongoing mental-health monitoringEnsure families are registered with local GP services within 5 days of placementInform health visiting services before and after families arriveEnsure families have access to meaningful activities within and outside the centreSupport identification of key workers for each familyDocumentation & ReportingSupport staff with chronologies, placement plans and weekly reportsUpdate the admission and discharge register accuratelyComplete weekly family s
