GenesisCare are currently seeking to employ a Team Coordinator to join our Oncology division in WA. As the Team Coordinator, you are responsible for providing high level executive support to the General Manager, Operations Manager and all WA Radiation Oncologists. You are to ensure the efficient and organised running of their day-to-day schedules and be effective at anticipating, filtering and accelerating issues as appropriate. On offer is a permanent full-time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, predominantly based at our Wembley clinic but with some travel required to other metropolitan sites. More specifically, you will: Provide administrative support including but not limited to diary and email management, travel/accommodation bookings, expenses and leave coordination, review and formatting of PowerPoint presentations, Word and Excel documents. Preparation and distribution of high-quality meeting documentation for the Clinical Management Committee (CMC) including agendas, minutes and papers. Assist with various projects for executives and senior management, including visiting senior management such as meetings, events, dinners and conferences. Responsibility for the sate credentialing register which includes tracking of all professional memberships across all areas of the business including Radiation Oncologists, Radiation Therapists, Nurses, Physicists and Engineers. Responsible for processing of all state-based invoices. We're looking for someone who has: Demonstrated experience in supporting individual managers and/or a management team in an administrative capacity. Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. Effective time management skills. Advanced Microsoft Office capability- Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Proven experience to work successfully both independently and in a team environment. High attention to detail and the ability to work without direct supervision. Flexible approach to work and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
