This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference by providing targeted support to pupils with additional needs, ensuring they receive the individualised care and guidance required to succeed. You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support on both a one-to-one and small-group basis, helping to raise attainment, build confidence, and promote positive learning behaviours. Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties, you will play a key role in creating a calm, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment where every child feels supported, valued, and motivated to reach their full potential.
