This warm and welcoming school is currently seeking a Teaching assistant to join their team ASAP. This setting currently supports 100+ pupils between the ages of 5 and 19 years. With that said the school is expanding in the next year and by September of 2026 will have capacity for a further 45 pupils. This setting offers every learner a tailored and 1:1 education that truly changes their lives. It supports children with moderate and severe SEN needs.
This setting boasts bright transitional spaces, inviting and modern classrooms, state of the art recreational areas, outdoor learning spaces and some added extras including a yoga studio, sensory rooms, state of the art gym and a staff relaxation room!
This position is needed on a full time, long term basis. It is a contract role till the end of the academic year in the first instance. Applicants for this position must be available Monday-Friday 8:30-4:15pm. Full training will be provided. This school and team is invested in the staff's futures as well as the learners.

All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
- Relevant SEN experience
- Experience (voluntary or paid) working with children and young adults
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
- Supporting in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and educational activities
- Supporting learners with SEN on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis
