Randstad Education is actively seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised SEN Teaching Assistant to secure a crucial position at a quality school in Liverpool. We are looking for an individual who is ready to hit the ground running and provide high-impact, consistent support to students with special educational needs.

The Mission (Key Duties):

• Deliver targeted intervention (1:1 and small groups) to students requiring additional support.
• Work seamlessly with the teaching team to implement bespoke learning strategies.
• Help manage a positive and orderly classroom dynamic.
• Support the administrative aspects of learning, including resource prep and progress monitoring.

Candidate Profile (Must-Haves):

• Six months+ experience supporting SEN in a UK classroom environment.
• Demonstrable patience, communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational capacity.
• Mandatory: Valid Enhanced DBS or be prepared to apply immediately.
• Highly Desirable: Experience with a range of specific SEN types.
