Day-to-day of the role: Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily lessons that cater to the needs of all students.Provide support to individual students or small groups to help them understand the material and complete their tasks.Facilitate communication between students and teachers, particularly for students who primarily speak Welsh.Help manage classroom resources and setup for activities.Monitor and support student behaviour in the classroom and other school areas.Participate in school meetings and events.Work collaboratively with other staff members to enhance the educational environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Welsh is essential.Experience in a teaching assistant role or similar educational position.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.A proactive approach and a commitment to student development.Relevant qualifications in education are preferred but not mandatory.
