Duties:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Providing targeted support for students.
• Monitoring and tracking student progress and providing detailed feedback to teachers.
• Assisting with the organisation of classroom resources and materials.
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and effective learning climate for all pupils.

• A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Sensitivity, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
