Duties:

• Providing one-on-one and small group support to students.
• Assisting with the implementation of lesson plans and educational activities.
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
• Preparing classroom materials and displays.
• Supporting students during exams and other school events.

Essential Requirements & Skills:

• A genuine passion for working with young people.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to be a positive role model.
• Relevant experience working in a school environment is highly desirable.
• A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) is required for all school work.
