The Role: Supporting students on a 1:1 or small-group basis Assisting with learning, behaviour regulation, and emotional wellbeing Helping students manage anxiety and access education in a calm, consistent way Supporting engagement across academic and practical subjects Working closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and specialist staff The Ideal Candidate: Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or Support Worker (desirable but not essential) Understanding of ASC and SEMH needs,
