About

• Salary: Grade E 6-8, £13.05 - £13.47 per hour (pay award pending)
• Hours of work: The successful candidate will be expected to work Thursday & Friday with the third day some flexibility to suit, 12-18 hours per week (2-3 days). Working times are 8:40am until 3:10pm with a 30-minute lunch break per day. Term time only (38 weeks per year)

All about the role

• We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join Monkton park primary on a permanent basis.
• The successful candidate will provide support to individual pupils, support small groups or work in whole class settings. They must have good written and oral communication, IT skills and be confident in supporting for those with additional learning needs on both an individual and small group basis.
• This would be an ideal opportunity for anyone wanting to further their experience of working with children. We are looking for someone who can quickly form good relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
