This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting pupils with severe behavioural needs, ADHD, and SEMH challenges. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils both in-class and on a one-to-one basis, providing tailored support and interventions. The successful Teaching Assistant will also assist in small groups and larger class settings, helping maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.
