This will be a full time long term Teaching Assistant position. Working days and hours for this Teaching Assistant post will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. Responsibilities for this Teaching Assistant role will include but not be limited to: Supporting SEN and LAP students in group or whole class intervention sessionsWorking with the teachers to ensure each student's learning needs are identified Attending to students' social, emotional and personal needs when requiredSupporting behaviour management and using appropriate strategies in line with academy policyUndertaking learning activities/teaching programmes when needed The rates of pay for this Teaching Assistant position will be between £82.14 to £100 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.
