Location: Reigate, Redhill, Horley, East Grinstead and Lingfield
Salary: £85 - £95 per day, dependent on experience

Randstad Education is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school in South London. The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and working directly with students. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Providing one-on-one and small group support to pupils, helping them grasp key concepts in subjects like Maths, English, and Science.
Assisting with the preparation of classroom materials and setting up learning activities to create an engaging and stimulating environment.
Helping to manage classroom behaviour, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere where all students feel safe and supported.
Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN), following their individual education plans (IEPs) and providing tailored assistance to help them thrive.
Building strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and parents to ensure a collaborative approach to education.

The ideal candidate will be:
Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to think on their feet and respond to the diverse needs of students.
Patient and empathetic, with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young people.
A strong communicator, able to work effectively as part of a team and liaise with colleagues and parents.
Resilient and positive, maintaining a can-do attitude even on challenging days.
Experienced in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential).
