The Role – Teaching AssistantWe are recruiting Teaching Assistants (TAs) to work across:Nursery & Early YearsPrimary (KS1 & KS2)Secondary (KS3 & KS4)SEN (Special Educational Needs)As a Teaching Assistant, your role may involve:Supporting pupils in class with literacy, numeracy and curriculum activitiesProviding 1:1 and small-group support for children with additional needs (EHCPs, SEMH, autism, learning difficulties)Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activitiesPromoting positive behaviour, inclusion and pupil wellbeingCollaborating with teachers, SENCOs and leaders to raise standards What We’re Looking ForPrevious TA
