This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting young learners in a nurturing and creative environment. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with the class teacher to provide support across the classroom, deliver small-group activities, and ensure every child feels confident and engaged in their learning. Teaching Assistant responsibilities: Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons. Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning. Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive attitudes to learning. Prepare resources, maintain displays, and support classroom organisation. Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and pupils. Teaching Assistant requirements: Previous experience working in a primary school (KS1) preferred. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to learning support.
