• You will be providing direct support to students in the classroom, assisting teachers with delivering lessons and creating a positive learning environment.
• You will work with individual students or small groups, providing tailored support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
• You will build rapport with students quickly, fostering a respectful and productive atmosphere.
• You will be part of a supportive team, contributing to the wider school community and potentially taking on additional responsibilities such as supporting extracurricular activities.
