What the role involves:
Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
Helping children access the curriculum and reach their full potential
Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to tailor learning support
Creating a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Assisting with classroom management and learning resources
What we're looking for:
Experience working with children (school, nursery, or similar setting)
Passion for supporting pupils with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties
A caring, patient and resilient personality
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
