What the role involves:
- Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Helping children access the curriculum and reach their full potential
- Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to tailor learning support
- Creating a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
- Assisting with classroom management and learning resources
What we're looking for:
- Experience working with children (school, nursery, or similar setting)
- Passion for supporting pupils with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties
- A caring, patient and resilient personality
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
