About the Role: Provide 1:1 support for a student with additional behavioural, emotional, or social needs.Assist with tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO.Help to build confidence, resilience, and positive learning habits.Encourage participation in lessons and promote a calm, safe, and supportive learning environment. About You: Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND, SEMH, or behavioural needs (desirable).A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to working with students who may find mainstream education challenging.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.A positive attitude and genuine passion for supporting education.
