The Role and Requirements
You will be responsible for planning and delivering an engaging, individualised curriculum, and leading a small team of dedicated Teaching Assistants.
Essential Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven successful teaching experience within a primary or secondary mainstream setting.
A genuine passion and strong commitment to developing a career in Special Educational Needs.
Adaptability and a willingness to quickly develop expertise in SEN strategies (e.g., Makaton, PECS, differentiation for complex needs, etc.).
