Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic team members to support daily store operations and deliver a welcoming, high-quality experience to every guest.

Primary Duties

• Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold drinks by following company recipes and procedures
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, including order taking and guest assistance
• Operate beverage equipment such as blenders, shakers, and other drink preparation tools
• Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Accurately process customer payments using the POS system
• Assist with ingredient preparation and other back-of-house tasks when needed
• Follow all operational guidelines and company policies
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation
• Work efficiently and safely during high-volume periods
• Package beverages carefully for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive work environment

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in a café, barista role, or food service setting is an advantage but not required
• Understanding of basic food handling and cleanliness standards
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of working quickly while maintaining attention to detail
• Comfortable handling cash and basic numerical transactions
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
