What you'll do Role purpose: Part of a team responsible for reporting financial information under the “green” taxonomies from European and UK regulators A driven and focused individual who is equally passionate about reporting and the structures that defines it as well as enjoys building and leveraging relationships to obtain, collate, review and report data. The roadmap will be driven from the centre and this individual will be the key contact between VOIS, local markets and the central team; together they will work with the business and operating companies to deliver the information required for taxonomy reporting. The individual will need to be self-motivated in supporting the transformation of the approach to this new area of reporting, helping to identify new opportunities to embed and improve the process, focussing on completeness, accuracy and delivery of information. The role requires working with key internal stakeholders across the business, supporting the delivery of financial information in accordance with requirements as prescribed and embedding of the reporting into business as usual activities. Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Support the delivery of taxonomy reporting by the business driving a focus on the completeness and accuracy of reported taxonomy data; Support in establishment of the processes to obtain, validate and submit taxonomy data in accordance with requirements; Assist in implementation of relevant Group defined policies and process controls; Providing review and challenge on reported data produced by various internal teams; Identify opportunities for process improvement including opportunities for automation in data collection or reporting; Supporting the coordination and management of internal and external assurance and reporting governance, and Producing required reports and data analysis for internal stakeholders to support operational decisions and programme management towards the optimisation of the Group's reporting under the taxonomy. Who you are Core competencies, knowledge and experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a reporting function for a large organisation within a group; Ability to build strong relationships and support teams across multiple functions under very difficult circumstances to deliver on pre-determined objectives; Strong communication and excellent writing and presentation skills to ensure credibility with stakeholders; and Experience in working within a small team who are collectively responsible for working across the Group to deliver data in compliance with regulation into a structured and controlled environment subject to external assurance.
