Our agency is growing fast, and we need a reliable, expert Media Buyer to join our team and manage our clients' campaigns, ensuring we deliver exceptional results. What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities): Full Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and manage end-to-end Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns (strategy, setup, optimisation, scaling). Daily Optimization: Proactively monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics (CPL, CPC, ROAS, Booked Appointments) and making data-driven decisions to improve results. Audience & Creative Testing: Rigorously A/B test ad copy, headlines, and creatives to find winning combinations. Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance to the internal team, providing clear insights and recommendations. Who We're Looking For (Requirements): Proven Experience: You have 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns with a track record of generating leads and appointments (experience with local businesses is a huge plus). Technical Expert: You are a master of Facebook Ads Manager. You understand the pixel, conversions API, custom conversions, and event setup. Proactive & Independent: You don't wait to be told what to do. You see a problem or opportunity and you act on it. We value initiative, not micromanagement. Analytical Mindset: You love digging into the data to understand why something is or isn't working. Strong Communicator: You can clearly explain campaign performance and strategy. 🌟 Big Bonus (But Not Required): You have graphic design or video editing skills and can create high-converting ad creatives (images, videos, carousels) that stop the scroll.
