- What you will do
- This is a talent-first, commercially driven role.
- We’re looking for an experienced Talent Manager to recruit, develop and manage a roster of TikTok LIVE presenters, with secondary focus on content creators. You’ll be responsible for finding the best on-camera talent, shaping their performance and ensuring they are deployed effectively across client LIVE programmes.
- This role suits someone who has already worked in influencer or talent management and understands how to balance talent relationships with commercial outcomes.
- Talent Recruitment (Core Focus)
- Proactively source and recruit TikTok LIVE presenters
- Identify high-potential on-camera talent with strong selling ability
- Run casting, auditions and trial LIVE sessions
- Build a deep pipeline of reliable, high-performing LIVE hosts
- Recruit supporting content creators where relevant
- Talent Management & Development
- Own relationships with a roster of LIVE presenters
- Manage availability, performance and progression
Support talent with
- LIVE best practices
- Brand alignment
- On-camera confidence and selling techniques
- Act as the main point of contact between talent and Somerce
- Commercial & Deployment Focus
Work closely with

- Account teams
- Match the right talent to the right brands and LIVE formats
- Ensure talent performance aligns with GMV and conversion goals
- Manage expectations around briefs, performance standards and behaviour
- Performance & Standards
- Track and review presenter performance across LIVE sessions
- Identify top performers and develop them into lead hosts
- Address underperformance quickly and constructively
- Maintain a high bar for professionalism, reliability and results

- Proven experience in talent or influencer management
- Strong background managing creators, presenters or on-camera talent
- Confident recruiting, negotiating and managing relationships
- Strong understanding of TikTok, creators and LIVE content
- Commercial mindset with comfort balancing talent needs and business goals

- Experience managing TikTok LIVE presenters
- Background in social commerce, live selling or performance media
- Existing creator or presenter network
