• What you will do
• This is a talent-first, commercially driven role.
• We’re looking for an experienced Talent Manager to recruit, develop and manage a roster of TikTok LIVE presenters, with secondary focus on content creators. You’ll be responsible for finding the best on-camera talent, shaping their performance and ensuring they are deployed effectively across client LIVE programmes.
• This role suits someone who has already worked in influencer or talent management and understands how to balance talent relationships with commercial outcomes.
• Talent Recruitment (Core Focus)
• Proactively source and recruit TikTok LIVE presenters
• Identify high-potential on-camera talent with strong selling ability
• Run casting, auditions and trial LIVE sessions
• Build a deep pipeline of reliable, high-performing LIVE hosts
• Recruit supporting content creators where relevant
• Talent Management & Development
• Own relationships with a roster of LIVE presenters
• Manage availability, performance and progression

Support talent with
