What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate training sessions and manage delegate bookings
  • Provide administrative support across the Talent & Learning team, including maintaining records and processing certificates
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient processes
  • Contribute to team activities and meetings, supporting continuous improvement

Your skills and experiences

Essential

  • Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record maintenance

Desirable

  • Experience supporting a learning or training function, including course scheduling, room bookings, and travel arrangements
  • Experience using HR or business systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or Coupa
