Were seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor / Talent Advisor to undertake an initial 3 months contract via Hays in Eastleigh, Hampshire. We're supporting a leading organisation in Eastleigh to appoint an Interim Recruitment Advisor / Talent Advisor on a 3-month assignment, working closely with hiring managers and HR partners to drive effective end-to-end recruitment.The RoleAs the Recruitment Advisor, you'll act as a trusted talent partner to hiring managers across the business, ensuring recruitment activity is efficient, compliant, and aligned with workforce needs. You will:Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Support Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practice, ensuring a consistent, structured, and compliant process.Build strong relationships at all levels and act as the single point of contact for all recruitment activity.Attend onsite management meetings discussing talent mapping, attraction strategies, and recruitment campaigns.Provide an on-site presence to strengthen relationships and enhance engagement. End-to-End Recruitment Delivery Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including headcount approval, advertising, selection, and offers.Conduct CV sifting, telephone interviewing, and support hiring managers with competency-based interviewing.Design and implement innovative assessment methods including open days, assessment centres, and ability testing.Utilise non-agency channels and direct sourcing to reduce agency reliance and build talent pipelines. Talent, Market Insight & ED&I Work closely with the Talent Business Partner on internal mobility, redeployment, and succession planning.Support Social Value and ED&I strategies throughout the recruitment process.Actively participate in networking, social media engagement, job fairs and community outreach.Stay ahead of engineering/technical market t
