This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the financial advice market and enjoys working closely with adviser firms to support their long-term growth. The Role:Managing your own portfolio of vacancies, you'll deliver a full end-to-end recruitment service, partnering with practices across the UK, to attract high-quality Financial and Mortgage Advisers. From taking detailed briefs, through to sourcing, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding, you'll be responsible for ensuring a first-class recruitment experience for both candidates and stakeholders. This direct hire focused role will see you using LinkedIn, job boards and proactive search techniques, to build strong candidate pipelines, engage in talent pooling and make speculative approaches to ensure firms have access to the best available talent. You'll also play a key role in identifying recruitment-related business development opportunities and advising firms on effective assessment and selection methods.
