Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner Salary: £41,593 + Dependent Upon Experience Location: Peterborough, UK Benefits: 25 days annual leave + 8 Bank Holidays Up to 10% Bonus Contributory pension scheme - Caterpillar will double the employee's contribution Up to 10% Contributory share scheme - Caterpillar will match 50% of the employee's contribution. The product and services portfolio include reciprocating engines, generator sets, gas turbines and turbine-related services, the remanufacturing of Caterpillar engines and components and remanufacturing services for other companies, and product support of on-highway vocational trucks for North America. The Opportunity As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor to leaders across the business, owning the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle and shaping hiring strategies that attract exceptional talent. You will build strong partnerships with stakeholders, understand workforce needs, and deliver proactive, data‑driven solutions that support organizational growth. This role combines hands‑on recruitment expertise with talent market insight, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while driving efficient, inclusive, and high‑quality hiring outcomes. Additional Information Minimal travel associated with this role. The role requires a 5 day on-site presence in Peterborough. What You Will Do Responsible for but not limited to: Counseling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization; leveraging data to drive decision-making. Recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and communicating orientation and start date plans for new employees. Utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools and industry leading sourcing technologies to deliver the most qualified candidates for current roles and building strong candidate pipelines for future roles. Developing plans for sourcing appropriate and diverse candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates. What You Will Have Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. Level Working Knowledge Customer/Market Focus: Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value. Level Extensive Knowledge Candidate Screening: Knowledge of techniques, methods and processes of candidate screening; ability to preselect suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization. Level Extensive Knowledge Candidate Sourcing: Knowledge of techniques, methods and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long-term job candidates. Level Extensive Knowledge Staffing and Recruiting: Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions. Level Extensive Knowledge Workforce Analytics: Knowledge of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions.
