Location – Hybrid – Milton Keynes (2 days office, 3 days home)

Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

Contract Type: Permanent – 37.5 hpw

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our inclusive and ambitious People Team. This is a brilliant opportunity to contribute to our strategic growth by attracting and hiring diverse talent across our business.

While you'll support recruitment across a range of roles and levels within the business, your primary focus will be on delivering high-volume hiring campaigns. This includes designing and running engaging assessment centres and ensuring every candidate enjoys a positive and inclusive experience throughout the process.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take ownership of recruitment for key operational roles, managing the process from attraction through to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and create inclusive, tailored sourcing strategies.
• Build diverse talent pipelines using a combination of direct sourcing and talent nurturing.
• Champion an excellent candidate experience, ensuring consistent and clear communication throughout the recruitment journey.
• Use recruitment data and insights to recommend improvements and contribute to wider strategic people initiatives.
• Support the Talent Acquisition Lead and wider People Team.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally gained in an in-house or agency setting.
• Experience with direct sourcing and multiple approaches to candidate attraction.
• Experience designing or delivering assessment centres is desirable.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and guide hiring managers at all levels.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and confident in interpreting recruitment data and trends.
