A global investment bank is currently recruiting for a Syndicate Transaction Manager at Associate level within GMD on a permanent basis. The role is based in Liverpool street and they offer a hybrid working which is 3 days in the office per week. They would ideally be interested in candidates with experience in Syndicate support, Bond Syndicate Management, or Middle Office functions. As this is a front office certified position, candidates who hold CFA level I will be prioritised. Key Responsibilities Support the EMEA Syndicate team in executing and pricing primary new issue transactions.Lead the book building and reconciliation process, including order and hedge management.Execute hedging operations (primarily EGB and swaps) on behalf of Syndicate Managers.Manage trade bookings, ticketing, P&L calculations, and league table rankings.Ensure timely completion of all syndicate administrative tasks (fee booking, P&L reporting, etc.).Collaborate with Middle and Back Office teams to ensure smooth settlement of transactions.Act as a key stakeholder for IT systems improvements, especially S&P/Ipreo platforms.Provide regular business reporting and support ad hoc management reviews.Maintain strong communication with internal teams (Sales, Trading, DCM, MO/BO, Legal, IT).Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including regulators, vendors, and peer syndicate desks.
